FDB Møbler is pleased to relaunch this versatile armchair, the last item in the spindle-constructed series that Erik Ole Jørgensen created for our historic furniture brand. With lower arms than the popular J146, the J147 is perfect for relaxing with a good book. It also sits conveniently by a low coffee table and, needless to say, provides a wonderful finishing touch to the home that already boasts Jørgensen’s readily recognizable spindle designs. Designed in 1978, the J147 joins the rest of the series in achieving the trademark visual effect that the designer captured with the interplay of upholstery colors and wood. To highlight that look and match the overall series, this new launch of the J147 is available in both natural finish and black frame, with upholstery in anthracite gray, burnt orange, dark blue/navy, dark green, dark gray, ocher, and dusty blue.
